My interest in Maritime History started at an early age, having served in the US Navy & visited many historical vessels and sites, I keep up my amateur historian interests with varied books, podcasts & shows. Shipwrecks and Seadogs ranks very high. It’s not just the fascinating storytelling or thorough history of the topic but the human interest stories. Whether its the Edmund Fitzgerald, or the Franklin Expedition, to name but two, each story has genuine heart and feeling for the tragedies of Sea Life!
