The luxury passenger line Andrea Doria was the pride of post World War 2 Italy. The ship was the embodiment of beauty. In 1956, she and the Swedish ship Stockholm collided during dense fog off Nantucket Island. This is the story of the loss of one of the most luxurious ships in history.
